Former coach David Duncan commiserates with bereaved club Asante Kotoko


Former Asante Kotoko coach David Duncan has taken to twitter to commiserate with the Ghanaian soccer powerhouse following Wednesday’s tragic accident that hit the club killing the deputy equipment’s officer of the team – Mr Thomas Obeng Asare.


“I grieve about the horrific accident resulting in a loss of a life.My thots and prayers are with you.Bounce back soon.FABULOUS!”

Duncan and Kotoko finished as runners-up in the 2015 Ghana league but was relieved of his post in the following season following a difficult start to the season.

The former Free State Stars trainer is currently in the USA for a special workshop organised for coaches.
