Samira Bawumia, Ghana’s second lady and wife of vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, caught the crowd at the ongoing Ghana Garden & Flower Show over the weekend.

Samira, who graced the 5th edition of the event by communications management and PR firm, Stratcomm Africa, subsequently expressed that she was actually impressed by the turnout at the event and the creativity showcased.

The second lady spoke highly of the LUX Fashion in the Park show, a fashion exhibition of the organised by Stratcomm in partnership with LUX as part of the whole event.

I was truly inspired at the Ghana Garden and Flower show organised by Stratcomm Ghana Ltd and partnered by Lux“, Samira Bawumia stated.

She continued to state that “creativity was at its peak” at the show.

The Garden and Flower Show brings together people, vendors and designers all inspired by the beautification of the environment. It features a fashion show and other floral exhibitions, showing off creative endeavors by people in love with beauty of nature and the environment.

Samira Bawumia interacted with a number of florists and vendors at the event, as many came to showcase their creativity in nature inspired crafts.

Introduced as the special guest of honor for the Saturday show, Samira Bawumia glowed in a stylish yellow outfit.

She interacted with the headline designer of the LUX Fashion in the Park, Papa Oppong, who showed off his eclectic collection.

The event, which is an innovation of Stratcomm Africa, a communications management firm, seeks to inspire Ghanaians to be more appreciative of the Horticulture and Floriculture, and their benefits.
